Purpose

Give members one public place to ask how an approved Legion Market policy applies without turning the topic into a private support or accusation thread.

Scope

Use this topic for general questions about listing rules, reviews, safety, support routing, and policy wording. It does not decide a live case.

2. Ask one general policy question at a time.

3. Use a hypothetical or remove identifying details.

4. If the answer depends on a transaction, listing, user, file, or private evidence, use the listing Report control or Contact Us for routing instead.

Do not include:

1. private order information;

2. payment details;

3. license keys or activation identifiers;

4. personal information;

5. security exploits or malware samples;

6. copyright evidence containing private information;

7. public scam accusations while a private case is being investigated;

8. passwords, tokens, private logs, or complete support conversations.

Staff may remove exposed information and redirect the question without deciding the underlying case publicly.

3. Questions that belong elsewhere

- Installation or bug help: creator support.

- Misleading listing or conduct: the Report control on the affected listing.

- Payment, delivery, or scope: creator support first, then Contact Us for routing if needed.

- Rights ownership: the listing Report control and Contact Us for routing.

- Malware or vulnerability: the listing Report control and Contact Us; do not attach live malware or exploit instructions.

- Review moderation: Contact Us for routing without posting private evidence publicly.

4. Staff responses

1. Explain the published rule in plain language.

2. Avoid revealing case information.

3. Label an answer as guidance when owner or legal review is still required.

4. Update the authoritative policy instead of creating conflicting exceptions in replies.

5. Link to the current policy revision.

No forum reply creates a refund, payout, license, contract, or legal guarantee.

Practical examples

- Good: “Should a creator list an optional premium dependency if the base product works without it?”

- Private case instead: “Order 123 used my payment card and this creator is a scammer.”

Possible enforcement outcomes

Possible outcomes may include an edit request, privacy redaction, post removal, topic restriction, warning, or account action for repeated harmful disclosure or harassment.

Appeal or review path
